Instruction on established order of firearms admission to the repair from individuals

1. The firearms are admitted to the repair of their main parts provided the following documentation availability:

Application to the name of Group of Companies “Promtechnoligya” CEO on firearms admission to the repair works
Original request of the Ministry of Interior’s licenses and permits office for arms repair in accordance with Annex # 59 of the Ministry of Interior’s Order # 288 as of 1999/04/12
Original and Xerox copy of the permit to keep and bear arms
Original and Xerox copy of the Russian citizen passport

2. The firearms are admitted to the repair which is not altering its traces appearance (scope mounting, muzzle brake/compensator fitting, technical cleaning of the weapon, firing spring replacement etc.) provided the following documentation availability:

Application to the name of Group of Companies “Promtechnoligya” CEO on arms admission to the repair works
Original and Xerox copy of the permit to keep and bear arms
Original and Xerox copy of the Russian citizen passport
